“After the Interrogation We Cannot Protect Activists” – Mark Feygin

Today The Pussy Riot lawyer Mark Feygin was called to the Investigation Committee.
He discovered that the questioning is related to his speech at the protests on the 6th May in Moscow, where he called on to join the sit-in strike.
The 58-secong video of this event is available on the internet and in used as evidence. “To call on to join the sit-in strike is not a crime”- the lawyer says. “I am currently in the status of a witness. After the questioning, my colleague Violleta Volkova also received summons to witness. If we are to be witnesses in this case, we will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, then we cannot represent the interest of the detainees.”
